Flights were pretty much uneventful. Most excitement was when TSA in New York decided that my toothpaste was a threat to national security. It was around 3 pm when I got to the hotel in Prague. The hotel is a delightful facility close to the city center. I was met by representatives of the tour company, Vermont Bicycle Tours (VBT). Two other members of our group were there. The guides gave us an overview of things to do in Prague. Then the two other people and I took off to explore on our own. We walked down to the City Square making numerous stops on the way down. On the brief walk back to the hotel we stopped at a pub for dinner. My dinner included a sausage served with vegetables. The cost was around $10 US.
